[00:00:00] Foreign hello there and welcome back to Just say Something's weekly podcast. My name is Philip Clark and I am the CEO here at Just say Something. [00:00:18] I'm really excited to share with you news about an upcoming event. This just, it's not just fun, but it'll make a difference for the families that we serve in our communities. [00:00:35] So I want you to mark your calendar for Friday, February 7th, because our board it Just say Something is hosting a Sweet Talk fundraiser at the Mill in Fountain Inn. [00:00:51] The event will kick off at 6:30 and it's going to be a lot of fun. You know, we always have a lot of fun. [00:01:01] So let me paint you a picture of what you can expect. [00:01:06] As you know, we always have great food and desserts. I'm around. We're always going to have desserts. [00:01:14] And so while you're enjoying the meal, your our, our entertainment will be the Synergy Twins. [00:01:22] And I think most of you have seen them around town or seen them at our events in the past. [00:01:32] And there's something that'll make the evening even more exciting. And throughout the night you'll have a chance to win fantastic prizes. [00:01:46] And we're going to do it a different way this time. [00:01:50] Before it was an auction and it went to the highest bidder. This time we're selling raffle tickets and you can drop your tickets into whatever bag in front of each item that you'd like. [00:02:04] And so it's an early Valentine's date night kind of event for you. Or it could be your Valentine's. Maybe you have something already scheduled for that night. But it's also a great place to pick up a gift if you're looking for those. So just remember that special someone. [00:02:28] But what makes this event truly special again is that the money we raise at Sweet Talk goes directly to support just say something's vital work in the community. [00:02:43] We'll be able to do more with our parenting programs, our tobacco and vape talks, our Impact Youth program, and the life skills that we teach kids. As part of impact, you also help the Power Collective, which is our opioid prevention and education program. [00:03:09] The work we do isn't just about prevention. It's about building bridges between parents and their children, creating open dialogues and giving our youth the confidence to make positive choices. Your participation in Power in Sweet Talk directly supports these efforts. [00:03:37] So here's your invitation to be part of something special. Join us on Friday, February 7th at 6:30pm in Fountain Inn at the Mill. [00:03:51] Spend an evening enjoying great food, entertainment and community spirit, all while supporting a cause that is making a difference in countless lives in our community. [00:04:05] I'll be there and I hope to see you too. Remember, February 7, 6:30 and Fountain Inn. It's going to be one sweet evening for an even sweeter cause. You can buy tickets to Sweet Talk or donate to the event on our website at just say somethingsc.org or you can follow us on social media, Facebook and Instagram and our event links on those as well. [00:04:42] I hope to see you there. Thanks.
